Colburn Business Park is located to the south east of Catterick Garrison on Catterick Road (A6136). It is just four miles to the A1(M), four miles to Richmond town centre and 15 miles from Darlington. Darlington offers access to the main East Coast rail line to London and Edinburgh. The nearest airport, Durham Tees Valley Airport, is approximately 20 miles away.

Catterick Garrison is a core establishment of the British Army, with an active population of 16,500. The MOD has announced significant investment, which is expected to substantially enhance population within the area.

Catterick itself is a thriving and expanding community incorporating an increasing range of retail and leisure facilities. Darlington College has recently established a campus at Catterick, which hosts varied state-of-the-art learning facilities.
